Refund policy

Purchases on eBay or TCGplayer

Purchases are currently completed on eBay or TCGplayer. For marketplace orders, review the return terms on the individual listing and your order page, together with the marketplace’s applicable policies and buyer protections. The direct-store 30-day return terms below do not replace those marketplace terms.

To request a return or report a problem with an eBay or TCGplayer order, use that marketplace’s order help or messaging options.

Direct purchases through seichi.shop

The terms below apply only to purchases made directly through seichi.shop. Direct checkout is currently paused.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting seichishop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return condition
Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all included accessories and packaging. Graded cards must remain in their original grading holder, with the holder and certification label intact. Sealed products must remain unopened.

Return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Use tracked shipping and retain your shipping receipt.

Damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially differs from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including return shipping at our expense when applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refundable. Different terms may apply when an item is damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
