I’m JokerP, the person behind Seichi-Shop. If you’ve ever stopped over an old game, a forgotten tape, or a collectible that brought a whole part of your life back for a second, you’ll probably understand why this place exists.

I love finding things with a story. Seichi-Shop gives those finds a place to land, and hopefully a chance to become part of someone else’s story too.

A family story, long before Seichi

This started long before I put the Seichi name on it. Our family’s story reaches back to a small consignment shop near Langhorne in the 1950s and ’60s. I think of that as The First Archive: a place where forgotten objects were already getting another chance, decades before online marketplaces.

That interest carried through the family. From the 1980s into the early 2010s, we built collections of diecast cars, toys, games, music, anime, and vintage merchandise. Shelves, storage bins, unopened boxes—there was a lot of it. And there was a reason we cared enough to keep it.

In August 2001, Magic City Diecast began on eBay. Over time, that work reached Amazon, Half.com, anime communities, and collector networks across the internet. Seichi grew out of that history, along with years of collecting, researching, and learning what to look for.

Why Seichi?

The name was inspired by 3×3 Eyes, with its hidden worlds, sacred places, memories, and search for something lost. That connection means something to me.

Over the years, things that mattered to us disappeared through hardship, change, or just life moving on. If you collect, you probably know the feeling of remembering something you once had and wondering where it ended up. That feeling is part of Seichi.

On April 30, 2026, Seichi was finally found. The name was new; the story behind it had been building for generations.

There’s a reason we hold on to this stuff

A toy can bring back a person. A game can bring back a whole summer. A cel can hold a moment from a story that stayed with you for years.

That’s what I see in these things. Vintage diecast, anime cels, retro games, trading cards, obscure media—each has its own history, and sometimes a very personal one for whoever finds it next.

Seichi is both a shop and an archive. Some things are here to find a new home; others are here to be preserved and shared. I want to give those objects, and the memories around them, the attention they deserve.

I think of collecting as taking care of something for a while. We get to be part of its story before it carries on.
